Application progress of echocardiography in evaluating abnormalities of right heart in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)是心力衰竭的重要类型,具有较高的发病率和死亡率。目前关于HFpEF的研究主要集中在左心方面,但右心异常在HFpEF患者中普遍存在,且具有重要的预后价值。超声心动图作为一种重要的诊断工具,对右心评估具有其独特优势。本文就各超声心动图技术评估HFpEF患者右心异常的研究进展进行综述。

Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFp EF)is an essential phenotype in heart failure,with highmorbidity and mortality. Nowadays studies on HFp EF has mainly focused on the left heart,but the abnormalities of the right heartare common,and have significant prognostic value in patients with HFp EF.As an essential diagnostic tool,echocardiography hasunique advantages in evaluating the right heart.This article reviews the application progress of echocardiography in evaluatingabnormalities of right heart in HFp EF patients.
