摘要
公路建设中对沥青混凝土路面的平整度有严格要求。现阶段常用的路面平整度检测方法有定长度直尺法、断面描绘法和颠簸累积法等几种。不同检测方法的适用条件、优缺点存在差异,应根据实际情况灵活选用。本文结合某工程实例,分别从加强沥青混合料的质量验收、施工机具的科学选型、选择合适的松铺系数、混合料碾压温度的调控等方面,提出了在沥青混凝土路面施工过程中进行平整度控制的可行性措施,为进一步提升公路的整体性能起到了积极帮助。
In the construction of high-grade highway, there are strict requirements on the flatness of asphalt concrete pavement. At present, the common road roughness detection methods include fixed length ruler method, section description method and bump accumulation method. Different detection methods have different application conditions, advantages and disadvantages, so they should be selected flexibly according to the actual situation. Combined with a project example, this paper respectively from strengthening the quality inspection of asphalt mixture, construction machines and tools of scientific selection, choose the appropriate loose spread coefficient, mixture of rolling temperature control, etc., in the process of asphalt concrete pavement construction is put forward the feasibility of flatness control measures, in order to further enhance the overall performance of the high grade highway has played a positive help.
