摘要
为打造"三型两网"企业,建设"坚强智能电网、泛在电力物联网",国家电网公司建造了一批紧凑型组合电器变电站,但由于设备集成度高、结构过于复杂,部分表计和分合闸位置指示器安装位置不合理,给运维及检修人员的日常工作带来了极大不便。针对这一问题,研制一种基于物联网技术的智能巡检装置,应用物联网技术实现远程异地控制智能巡检装置进行巡视,解决了高处和狭小空间内表计以及分合闸位置无法读取的问题,同时搭载环境在线监测装置,对设备间隔内SF6气体含量、温度以及湿度进行监测,使运维人员掌握设备真实运行状态。

However, due to the high integration of equipment, the structure is too complex, and the installation position of some meters and opening and closing position indicators is unreasonable, which brings great inconvenience to the daily work of operation and maintenance personnel. In order to solve this problem, an intelligent inspection device based on the Internet of Things technology is developed. The Internet of Things technology is used to realize remote control of the intelligent inspection device for inspection, which solves the problem that the meter and the opening and closing position cannot be read in the high and narrow space. At the same time, the environmental online monitoring device is equipped to monitor the SF6 gas content, temperature and humidity in the equipment interval, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can grasp the real operating state of the equipment.
