摘要
针对倒管器工作时因其受载荷复杂导致主轴磨损严重、支架整体晃动且发生明显变形的现象,对连续管倒管器结构进行研究。本文以连续管和滚筒扭矩的研究为理论基础对倒管器的驱动机构设计以及结构强度校核,最后建立倒管器模型并加工制造在现场应用。研究结果表明:经分析计算得出了连续管受拉弯曲变形时的截面内力、张紧拉力和滚筒扭矩的公式,为连续管倒管装置的设计提供重要理论基础。该研究使连续管倒管器将不同尺寸的连续管安全、整齐倒入到工作滚筒或运输滚筒上,提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,延长倒管器使用寿命具有一定的指导意义。
The structure of CT(coiled tubing)spooling stand was studied in view of the phenomenon that the main shaft was badly worn and the whole support was sloshing and obviously deformed due to the complex load when the CT spooling stand was working.In this paper, the driving mechanism design and structural strength of the CT spooling stand are checked on the theoretical basis of the study of the continuous tube tension force and the roller torque. Finally, the model of the CT spooling stand is established and manufactured for field application.Finally, the model is established and manufactured for field application.The results show that the formulas of section internal force, tension tension and reel of coiled tubing during tension bending deformation are obtained through analysis and calculation, which provide important theoretical basis for the design of CT spooling stand. The CT spooling stand is suitable for the maximum reel weight of32 tons, 90 to 105 inches wide transportation reel, the overall structure of the CT spooling stand to meet the strength requirements. The research makes the ct of different sizes can be safely and neatly poured into the working reel or transportation reel, which can improve the working efficiency, reduce the labor intensity and prolong the service life of the CT spooling stand.
