摘要
本文针对我国自主生产的五轴联动机床在加工效率、精度、可靠性等方面的不足,开发了一款高性能的五轴联动机床,对机床的五轴头、电主轴、床身等机床的核心部件进行自主开发设计,并通过优化设计、精细装配等手段,实现了机床的高精度、高刚性和高可靠性,并在装配完成后进行了调试和优化,最终运用该加工中心进行了S型试件的五轴联动加工,加工完成后的零件表面光滑、精度合格,显示该机床的加工能力达到了设计要求。
In view of the shortcomings of the five axis linkage machine tool independently produced in China in terms of processing efficiency, precision and reliability, this paper develops a high-performance five axis linkage machine tool,independently develops and designs the core components of the machine tool such as the five axis head, motorized spindle and bed, and realizes the high precision and reliability of the machine tool by means of optimization design and fine assembly It has high rigidity and high reliability, and has been debugged and optimized after assembly. Finally, the five axis linkage machining of S-shaped specimen is carried out by using the machining center. The machined part surface is smooth and the precision is qualified, which shows that the machining capacity of the machine tool meets the design requirements.
