摘要
本文提出了一种新的预测远程荧光粉型LED灯具的色温的方法,通过直接测量荧光粉的粒径分布,以及蓝光LED的发射光谱和荧光粉的激发/发射光谱,再利用Mie氏散射理论和基于蒙特卡罗光线追迹的光学仿真软件,可预测基于远程荧光粉的LED灯具的色温。实验结果表明预测值与实验值的误差在-130K到72K之间,在可接受的范围内。本文的研究成果对远程荧光粉型LED灯具的色温预测与色温可调具有指导性的意义。
In this paper, a new method to predict correlated color temperature(CCT) of remote phosphor LED luminaires is proposed. By measuring particle size of phosphor, radiation spectrum of blue LED and excitation/emission spectra of phosphor, we utilized Mie’s scattering theory and Monte-Carlo-based optical simulation software to calculate CCT of remote-phosphor-based LED luminaires. The CCT difference between experimental results and calculation results was in the range-130 K-72 K, which was within acceptable error margin. Our research is valuable in numerically calculate CCT of remote-phosphor LED luminaires and realizing CCT-tunable LED luminaires.
