星油藤根结线虫病对土壤理化性质及酶活性的影响

摘要 星油藤易发生根结线虫病。为了解星油藤根结线虫病与土壤理化性质及土壤酶存在的关系,本文以不同病害等级(0级、1级、3级、5级)星油藤土壤为研究对象,对比分析土壤理化性质、微量元素和蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、脲酶等指标的变化及相关性。结果表明,随着病害等级(1级、3级、5级)的增加,EC值、TDS值以及Cu、Zn、Fe、NH4+、NO3-的含量呈上升趋势。同时,5级病害的土壤相关指标大于对照(无病害),而1级、3级病害的土壤相关指标均小于对照。此外,发生病害的土壤中,蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶、磷酸酶活性随着病害等级(1级、3级、5级)的增加先升高后降低。同时,过氧化氢酶活性与锰、脲酶与磷和NO3-存在显著相关关系。本研究阐明了星油藤根结线虫病与土壤理化性质、土壤酶的关系,可为防止星油藤根结线虫病的发生提供参考。 Root-knot nematode disease is easy to occur in Plukenetia volubilis L.In order to understand the relationship between root-knot nematode disease and soil physical and chemical properties and soil enzymes,in this paper,the changes and correlation of soil physical and chemical properties,trace elements and sucrase,catalase,phosphatase and urease were compared and analyzed in different disease grades(grade 0,grade 1,grade 3,grade 5)of soil.The results showed that the EC value,TDS value and the contents of Cu,Zn,Fe,NH4+and NO3-increased with the increase of disease grades(grade 1,grade 3,grade 5).At the same time,the related indexes of grade 5 disease soil were higher than those of the control(no disease),while the related indexes of grade 1 and grade 3 disease soils were lower than those of the control.In addition,the activities of sucrase,catalase,urease and phosphatase first increased and then decreased with the increase of disease grade(grade 1,grade 3,grade 5).At the same time,the activity of catalase and the content of Mn,the activity of urease and the content of P and NO3-were significantly correlated.This study clarified the relationship between root-knot nematode disease of Plukenetia volubilis L.and soil physical and chemical properties and soil enzymes,which could provide reference for preventing the occurrence of root-knot nematode disease of Plukenetia volubilis L.
