摘要
燃放烟花爆竹是我国庆祝节日的传统习俗,在给人们带来欢乐的同时,因为燃放方式、燃放地点不科学,烟花本身存在质量问题等原因,常常引发火灾,造成财产损失和人员伤亡。文章结合工作实际,对利用视频监控认定因燃放烟花引发火灾的调查要点进行总结,对预防此类火灾提出建议。
Lighting fireworks,as a traditional custom in China,entertained Chinese people in Spring festivals.However,it may cause fire accidents and bring about losses of property because of the improper ways and places,and quality problems of fireworks products,even kills people.Combined with the actual situation,this paper summarizes the investigation methods of firework accidents by the way of video systems,and provides suggestions for preventing this kind of fires.
