浅谈化工火灾调查工作的疑难点——以一起烷基铝火灾事故案件为例 被引量:1

摘要 化工火灾通常会发生爆炸、泄漏,火灾发展影响因素多且快,火灾发生发展机理复杂且因为爆炸、泄漏的发生导致取证困难。在化工火灾事故调查中,又往往会以“爆炸”与“燃烧”发生的顺序来界定事故性质、区分事故调查主体单位。文章通过分析一起化工火灾事故案件办理过程,简要分析火灾调查工作在此类案件中的主要工作内容与所遇到的困难,并提出相应的解决办法。 Chemical fires usually cause explosions and leaks.There are many factors affecting the development of fires,and chemical fires develop rapidly.The mechanism of fire occurrence and development is complex,and it is difficult to obtain evidence due to the occurrence of explosions and leaks.In the investigation of chemical fire accidents,the order of"explosion"and"burning"is often used to cognize accident nature and distinguish the main units of accident investigation.The paper analyzes the handling process of a chemical fire accident case,briefly analyzes the main work content and difficulties encountered in fire investigation work in such cases,and proposes corresponding solutions.
