摘要
本文以冀中能源段王煤业集团有限公司某矿9714工作面的地质资料为背景,运用理论分析、现场试验等方法研究注浆工艺在断层影响区巷道变形控制中的应用。设计顶板浅孔注浆孔深度4 m、排距3 m,帮部注浆孔深度20 m、排距2 m,顶板采用双液注浆材料,水灰比0.8:1,帮部采用单液注浆材料,水灰比0.6:1,注浆完成后两帮及顶底板的变形量在20 d后能够较快收敛并趋于稳定,累积形变值分别为89 mm、176 mm。
Based on the geological data of 9714 working face in a mine of Duanwang Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Jizhong Energy Group, the paper studies the application of grouting technology in roadway deformation control in fault affected area by theoretical analysis and field test with 4-meter-deep shallow grouting hole in the roof, 3-meter row spacing, 20-meter deep grouting hole,in which double liquid grouting material is applied to the roof with water cement ratio of 0.8:1, and single liquid grouting material to the sides with water cement ratio of 0.6:1, realizing the quick convergence and stabilization of the deformation of the two sides and the roof and floor after 20 days with respective cumulative deformation values of 89 mm and 176 mm.
