采动影响下煤巷掘进强力协同支护技术探讨 被引量:1

摘要 针对辛置矿2-559工作面回风巷受邻近2-534工作面回采动压影响变形显著问题,通过现场调查巷道围岩变形特点,分析原锚网索联合支护存在的问题,提出采用锚杆、锚索协同布置方式,并从提高锚索预紧力、增打帮锚索、增加锚固长度、增加锚索长度及锚杆、锚索支护密度、锚索注浆等多方面措施进行支护参数的优化。监测数据表明,动压影响煤巷掘进工作面采用强力协同支护方案后,顶底板移近量为142 mm,两帮移近量为140 mm,围岩控制效果良好,保证了巷道服务期间的正常使用。 To solve the deformation of 2-559 return air roadway due to dynamic pressure influence of stoping from adjacent working face in Xinzhi Colliery, the author proposes the strong cooperative bolt-anchor support technology according to the deformation characteristics of roadway surrounding rock and the analysis of existing problems in original bolt-mesh-cable support and optimizes the support parameters, whose field monitoring data show that the proposed support optimization scheme has good control effect on surrounding rock of roadway and ensures the normal use of roadway during service.
