摘要
以长平煤矿5302综采工作面回采巷道为工程实例,该巷道初期底鼓变形严重;通过对工作面两巷高应力区的力学特征分析,认为围岩特性、应力作用、支护方式等是造成巷道底鼓的主要影响因素;拟通过改进支护参数、增加支护强度控制底鼓;经过实践验证,底鼓量降低2.5倍左右,控制效果较好。
Aiming at the severe floor heave deformation in initial period of roadway excavation at 5302 fully-mechanized working face of Changping Colliery, the author proposes the floor heave control technology by improving the support parameter and strengthening the support intensity after determining the influential factors of surrounding rock characteristics, stress action,support method on floor heave by analysis of mechanical characteristics in high stress area, which can reduce the floor heave effectively by 2.5 time through practical verification.
