中华民族共同体意识是五十六个民族共同精神的聚合体现,是凝聚边疆民族地区各族人民思想共识与价值追求的磅礴伟力。基于制度维度,厘清以制度铸牢边疆民族地区中华民族共同体意识不仅具有极端重要性,而且具有显著的现实可能性和有效实现性。新时代通过营造良好的制度环境推进中华民族共同体意识的“制度化”,搭建法律法规平台推进中华民族共同体意识的“入规入法”,健全民生保障机制推进中华民族共同体意识的“落细落实”,提高制度含量推进中华民族共同体意识的“入心入脑”,在制度的不断坚持完善中推进边疆民族地区中华民族共同体意识的“自我确证”,为实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦凝聚磅礴的制度力量。

The sense of community for the Chinese nation is the aggregate representation of the common spirit of 56 ethnic groups,and it is the majestic force that condenses the ideological consensus and value pursuit of people of all ethnic groups in the frontier ethnic areas.It is of extreme importance and remarkable realistic possibility and effective realization to forge a strong sense of national identity in frontier minority areas by institutional means.To this end,we need to create a good environment to promote the institutionalization of the sense,establish the platform of laws and regulations,and improve the people's livelihood guarantee mechanism.We believe that continuous improvement of related institutions will contribute greatly to the consolidation and self-verification of a strong sense national identity in the frontier ethnic areas.
