亲情-责任交互式护理管理模式对骨科提高护理质量的作用分析

Effect of Family-Responsibility Interactive Nursing Management Model on Improving Nursing Quality in Orthopaedics

目的:研究亲情-责任交互式护理管理模式应用于骨科,对强化护理质量的效果。方法:选择本院2019年2月-2020年6月收治的96例四肢骨折患者纳入到研究样本中,以随机抽样法分成观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)。观察组施以亲情-责任交互式护理管理模式,对照组施以常规护理。对比2组患者护理前后自我效能、VAS评分以及护理质量评分。结果:观察组和对照组护理前自我效能、VAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05).护理后,观察组自我效能高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组的护理质量各项指标评分皆高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对骨科患者采取亲情-责任交互式护理管理模式,能显著提升护理质量,强化患者自我效能,减轻疼痛程度,值得推广。

Objective:To study the effect of family affection-responsibility interactive nursing management model applied to orthopedics in strengthening the quality of nursing.Methods:Ninety-six patients with limb fractures admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 were selected and included in the study sample.They were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)by random sampling.The observation group was given a family-responsibility interactive nursing management model,and the control group was given routine nursing.The self-efficacy,VAS score and nursing quality score before and after care were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group and the control group had no significant difference in self-efficacy and VAS score before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the self-efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The scores of various indicators of nursing quality were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting a family-responsibility interactive nursing management model for orthopedic patients can significantly improve the quality of care,strengthen the self-efficacy of patients,and reduce pain,which is worthy of promotion.
