风险管理应用于骨科护理管理中的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Risk Management in Orthopedic Nursing Management

目的:分析骨科护理管理中应用风险管理的临床效果。方法:自2019年1月-2020年1月选择我院骨科在职的50名护理人员作为研究对象,研究对象分组采用单双号法进行,25名双号为观察组,25名单号为对照组,观察组应用护理风险管理,对照组应用常规护理管理,对比2组管理效果。结果:管理前,2组护理人员风险管理能力评分、护理质量评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。管理后,观察组护理人员护理质量评分为(90.16±3.57)分、风险管理能力评分为(90.22±2.75)分,显著高于对照组的(71.15±2.27)分、(69.26±2.98)分;观察组护理人员所护理患者的护理风险事件发生率4.00%,显著低于对照组24.00%,2组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:骨科护理管理中应用风险管理的临床效果确切,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of risk management in orthopedic nursing management.Methods:From January 2019 to.January 2020,50 nursing staff in the orthopedics department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The research subjects were grouped by the odd and even number method,25 double numbers were the observation group,and the 25 list numbers were the control group.The observation group applied nursing risk management,and the control group applied conventional nursing management to compare the management effects of the two groups.Results:Before management,there was no significant difference between the two groups of nursing staffs risk management ability score and nursing quality score(P>0.05).After management,the observation group's nursing staff scored(90.16±3.57)and risk management ability score(90.22±2.75)points were significantly higher than the control group(71.15±2.27)points and(69.26±2.98)points.The nursing riskevent rate(4.00%)of the patients inthe observation group was significantly lower than the control group(24.00%).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of applying risk management in orthopedic nursing management is definite and worthy of promotion.
