摘要
目的:探析互动健康教育模式应用于小儿骨折护理的效果。方法:将我院2017年8月-2020年7月收治的80例小儿骨折患者按照抽签法平均分为2组进行研究,对照组实施常规健康教育模式,观察组采取互动健康教育模式。对比2组患儿功能锻炼时心理反应类型、依从性及护理后骨折愈合情况、患儿家长护理满意情况。结果:观察组主动型功能锻炼比例、功能锻炼依从性、完全愈合率、护理满意率高于对照组,观察组强迫型功能锻炼比例低于对照组(P<O.05)。结论:在小儿骨折护理中应用互动健康教育模式具有显著的效果,能充分调动患儿进行功能锻炼的积极性,提高其依从性,有利于骨折的恢复。
Objective:To explore the effect of interactive health education mode applied in pediatric fracture nursing.Methods:80 cases of pediatric fracture patients in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2020 were divided into two groups according to the drawing method.The control group was given routine health education mode,and the observation group was given interactive health education mode.The type of psychological reaction,compliance,fracture healing after nursing and nursing satisfaction of parents were compared between the two groups.Results:the proportion of active functional exercise,functional exercise compliance,complete healing rate and nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the proportion of forced functional exercise in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of interactive health education mode in pediatric fracture nursing has significant effect,can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of children for functional exercise,improve their compliance,and is conducive to the recovery of fracture.
