掌骨骨折患者应用临床护理路径的价值分析与研究

Analysis and Study on the Value of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Metacarpal Fracture

目的:研究将临床护理路径应用在掌骨骨折患者的临床治疗效果,并通过此次医学临床护理时间的效果进行针对分析。方法:随机选择2018年8月-2019年11月入住我院进行治疗的掌骨骨折患者48例。将选取的患者随机分成2个不同的组别,这2个对照组别分别为观察组与对照组,每组患者随意分配后分别有24名患者。本次临床医学实验研究对照组患者进行一般的医学临床护理操作,而观察组患者则应用临床护理路径的方法,并对2组别实验患者的相关数据进行研究,观察指标包括护理满意度、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、护理质量及手功能优良率。结果:通过本次临床实验研究之后的数据分析显示,进行临床护理路径干预的观察组患者,各项身体素质恢复良好,观察组护理总满意度比对照组高(x^(2)=4.547,P<0.05);观察组愈合时间与住院天数短于对照组(t1=2.625,t2=3.683,P<0.05);观察组护理服务有效性、护理服务即时性、护理人员工作态度及护理人员护理水平评分高于对照组(t1=3.947,t2=4.087,t3=4.101,t4=4.367,P<0.05);观察组手功能总优良率高于对照组(x^(2)=4.181,P<0.05)。结论:对于患有掌骨骨折的患者,通过本次临床实验研究发现,临床治疗过程中使用临床护理路径的观察组患者,身体恢复情况显著优于对照组患者。因此,临床治疗护理中对掌骨骨折患者进行临床护理路径,有助于患者早日恢复身体健康。

Objective:To study the clinical treatment effect of using clinical nursing path in patients with metacarpal fracture,and to analyze the effect of medical clinical nursing time.Methods:48 patients with metacarpal fractures were randomly selected from our hospital.The selected patients were randomly divided into two different routine groups:observation group and routine group.There were 24 researchers in each group.In this clinical medical experimental study,as long as the patients in the routine group carry out general medical clinical nursing operations,while the patients in the routine group use the method of clinical nursing path,and study the relevant data of the experimental patients in the two groups.The observation indexes include nursing satisfaction,fracture healing time,length of hospital stay,nursing quality and excellent rate of hand function.Results:The data analysis after this clinical experimental study showed that the observation data of patients in the routine group showed that the patients in the observation group with clinical nursing pathway intervention recovered well,and the total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(x^(2)=4.547,P<0.05);The healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group(T1=2.625,T2=3.683,P<0.05);The scores of nursing service effectiveness,nursing service immediacy,nurses'working attitude and nursing level in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(T1=3.947,T2=4.087,T3=4.101,T4=4.367,P<0.05);The total excellent and good rate of hand function in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(x^(2)=4.181,P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with metacarpal fracture,through this clinical experimental study,it is found that the physical recovery of patients in the observation group using clinical nursing path in the process of clinical treatment is significantly higher than that of patients in the control group.Therefore,the clinical nursing path for metacarpal fracture patients in clinical treatment and nursing is helpful for patients to recover their health as soon as possible.
