手术室护理研究进展分析

Analysis on the Progress of Nursing Research in Operating Room

目的:挖掘手术室护理研究的研究进程和新方向,以期为患者手术提高优质护理服务。方法:搜索Web of Science核心数据库2010-2019年手术室护理相关文献,采用VOSviewer1.6.13软件和书目共现分析系统等工具,进行删重并分析文献的时间及地区分布、发表和引用情况、以及主题聚类。结果:选取文献983篇,文献量依时间呈现波动上升趋势。美国发文最多,501篇(50.97%)。发文量、总被引次数和一作人数最多的机构均是爱荷华大学,发文43篇,被引188次,拥有一作17人。407种期刊中,JOURNAL OF PERIANESTHESIA NURSING载文最多,25篇;ANESTHESIA AND ANALGESIA总被引次数最多,78次。Dexter,F刊文最多,21篇;总被引次数也最多,87次。高频共现关键词主要有3类,反应了手术室护理工作内容、护士培训和团队意识以及护士工作环境。结论:手术室护理的研究发现为应对复杂多变的手术,护士应提高团队意识,减少应答时间,加强护患沟通以为患者提供更优质的护理。

Objective:To explore the research process and new directions of nursing research in operating room,with a view to improving quality nursing services for patients during surgery.Methods:Search the Web of Science core database 2010-2019 operating room nursing related literature,use VOS viewerl.6.13 software and bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system and other tools to delete and analyze the time and regional distribution of the literature,publication and citation,and Theme clustering.Results:983 documents were selected,and the amount of documents showed a fluctuating upward trend according to time.The United States has published the most artides with 501(50.97%).The institution with the largest number of articles,total number o£citations,and number of authors is the U-niversity of Iowa,with 43 articles,188 citations,and 17 people.Among the 407 journals,JOURNAL OF PERIANESTHESIA NURSING has the most articles with 25 articles;ANESTHESIA AND ANALGESIA has the most citations with 78 times.Dexter,F published the most articles,21;the total number of citations is also the most,87 times.There are three main types of high-frequency co-occurrence keywords,which reflect the content of nursing work in the operating room,nurse training and team awareness,and nurse working environment.Conclusions:Research on nursing in the operating room found that in order to cope with complex and changeable operations,nurses should improve team awareness,reduce response time,and strengthen nurse-patient communication to provide patients with better quality care.
