摘要 对环氧硅油进行化学改性,通过在侧链上引入丙烯酸酯官能团以提高环氧硅油的光固化速率,以期将环氧丙烯酸酯硅油应用于405 nm桌面级数字光处理(DLP)光固化3D打印机上。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(;H-NMR)表征了改性前后环氧硅油结构变化,同时还研究了环氧丙烯酸酯的紫外吸收光谱。配置了基于环氧丙烯酸酯硅油的光敏树脂,并应用于3D打印中。 In order to apply epoxy acrylate silicone oil to 405 nm desktop digital light processing(DLP) light curing 3 D printer, epoxy silicone oil was chemically modified, acrylate functional groups were introduced into the side chain to improve the light curing rate of epoxy silicone oil. The structural changes of epoxy silicone oil before and after modification were characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy(;H-NMR). At the same time, the UV-Vis absorption of epoxy acrylate was also studied. A photosensitive resin based on epoxy acrylate silicone oil was configured and applied to 3 D prinnting.
