摘要 随着教育改革的不断深入,小学数学教师也需要不断地进行教学模式的创新,改变传统的教学形式,杜绝教学过程中的枯燥和单调,注重学生的学习主体地位,从多个角度进行教学形式整改,丰富学生的学习体验,激发学生的学习潜能。本文针对"分层异步"教学法的优势进行分析,探讨其在小学数学教学中的应用路径,以期进一步提升教学有效性,提高小学数学课堂教学效率和质量。 With the continuous deepening of educational reforms, primary school mathematics teachers also need to continuously innovate teaching models, change traditional teaching methods, eliminate boring and monotony in the teaching process, pay attention to the status of students as the subject of learning, and carry out teaching methods from multiple perspectives rectification, enrich students’ learning experience, and stimulate students’ learning potential. This article analyzes the advantages of the "layered asynchronous" teaching method, and explores its application path in primary school mathematics teaching, with a view to further enhancing the teaching effectiveness and improving the efficiency and quality of primary school mathematics classroom teaching.
