摘要 小学班主任作为学生成长道路上的引领人,其对学生的重要程度不言而喻。为了促进学生能够健康成长,全面发展。班主任应与学生构建和谐的师生关系。基于此,本文就小学班主任在班级管理中如何与学生构建和谐师生关系进行了探讨,首先阐述小学班主任与学生构建和谐关系的意义,然后结合自身的工作经验提出构建和谐师生关系的建议,希望能够为其他小学班主任提供借鉴。 As the leader of the students’ growth, the primary school head teacher is self-evident to the students. In order to promote the healthy growth and all-round development of students, the head teacher should build a harmonious teacher-student relationship with the students. Based on this, this article discusses how to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship between the primary school head teacher and students in class management. First, it explains the significance of the primary school head teacher and the students to build a harmonious relationship, and then combines their own work experience to put forward suggestions for building a harmonious teacher-student relationship. Hope to provide reference for other primary school head teachers.
