摘要
数字档案资源是信息社会记录与传承人类记忆的重要载体,对国家文化软实力建设具有重要推动作用。文章聚焦档案文化软实力内涵,以数字档案资源文化软实力提升为实践归依,重点从文化自觉、档案资源体系、档案文化开发与档案文化服务四个方面着力探索大数据环境下数字档案资源文化软实力提升策略,切实增强数字档案资源在国家文化软实力建设过程中的战略作用。
Digital archive resources are an important carrier for the information society to record and inherit human memory, and play an important role in promoting the construction of national cultural soft power. This article focuses on the connotation of the soft power of archives culture, and takes the improvement of the soft power of digital archives resource culture as a practical basis, focusing on exploring the soft power of digital archives resource culture in the big data environment from four aspects: cultural consciousness, archive resource system, archive culture development and archives cultural service, and enhanced the strategic role of digital archive resources in the construction of national cultural soft power.
