推进档案公共服务均等化是完善我国档案利用服务体系的重要方向。本文从我国档案公共服务均等化的推进历程、推进方向及特点出发,分析我国档案公共服务均等化的推进动力,包括档案法律制度完善的保障力、档案利用服务体系建设的牵引力、档案治理模式创新的促推力与档案信息技术发展的驱动力等,进一步提出档案公共服务均等化的推进应坚持以法规政策保障公平获取、以特色创新优化服务质量、以共建共享弥合资源鸿沟、以数据技术赋能利用服务。

Promoting the equalization of archives public service is an important direction to improve our archives utilization service system. Starting from the process,direction and characteristics of the equalization of archives public service in China, this paper analyzes the driving forces of the equalization of archives public service in China,including the guarantee force of the perfection of archives legal system, the traction force of the construction of archives utilization service system, the driving force of the innovation of Archives management mode and the driving force of the development of archives information technology. It is further proposed that the equalization of archives public services should be promoted by ensuring fair access through laws and policies, optimizing service quality through characteristic innovation, bridging the resource gap through co construction and sharing, and enabling the use of services through data technology.
