摘要
声像档案资源是语义最为丰富的档案资源,日益受到用户的关注和喜爱。如何为用户提供高质量的声像档案在线服务,是互联网时代档案工作亟待解决的现实问题。本文在梳理相关研究与实践探索的基础上,分析了澳大利亚国家电影和声音档案馆(NFSA)声像档案在线服务建设情况,从服务建设理念、资源内容深度开发形式、服务利用平台以及版权保护制度安排等方面剖析其特点,以期为我国声像档案在线服务工作提供借鉴和参考。
Audiovisual archive resources are the most semantically rich archive resources,and are increasingly concerned and loved by users. How to provide users with high quality audiovisual archives online services is a realistic problem that needs to be solved urgently in archives work in the Internet era. On the basis of combing relevant research and practical exploration, this paper analyzes the construction of audio-visual archives online service of Australian National Film and sound archives(NFSA), and analyzes its characteristics from the aspects of service construction concept, resource content in-depth development form, service utilization platform and copyright protection system arrangement, in order to bring inspiration to China’s online service construction of audiovisual archives.
