新《档案法》规制下非遗档案数据化管理策略研究

Analysis on the Datafication Management Strategies of Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives under the Regulation of the New Archives Law

档案数据化管理是实现档案数字化转型的有效途径。本文结合新《档案法》的有关规定,从非遗档案数据创建、整合、组织、存储、开发、利用的整个生命周期出发,对非遗档案的数据化管理策略进行了探讨,认为档案部门应推动非遗档案数字资源创建工作、搭建非遗档案数据整合平台、打造多元主体共建的数据资源组织体系、形成全程管控的安全存储机制、打造多样化的非遗档案数据资源呈现形式、挖掘基于非遗档案数据的个性化服务内容。

Archives datafication management is an effective way to realize digital transformation of archives.Combined with the relevant provisions of the New Archives Law,this paper discusses the datafication management strategies of intangible cultural heritage archives from the whole life cycle of creation, integration, organization, storage, development and utilization of intangible cultural heritage archives data, thinking that archives department should promote the creation of digital resources of intangible cultural heritage archives,build data integration platform of intangible cultural heritage archives, set up multivariate main body to build the data resources organization system, create the secure storage of the formation of the whole control mechanism, build diversified data resources present form of intangible cultural heritage archives, mine individualized service based on the contents of intangible cultural heritage archives data.
