治理理论视角下企业档案共建共享模式探析

On the Mode of Enterprise Archives Co-construction and Sharing from the Perspective of Governance Theory

企业档案在现代化进程中面临业务建设与集约发展不匹配、档案资源与价值实现不均衡等现实困境。本文基于治理理论,通过研究企业档案共建共享的条件和要素,构建治理理论视角下的企业档案共建共享模型,以期指导企业通过主体共建、业务共进、资源共享实现档案资源价值释放、档案治理模式革新以及企业文化记忆构建。

In the process of modernization, enterprise archives are constantly facing practical difficulties, such as the mismatch between business construction and intensive development, and the imbalance between archives resources and value realization. Based on the governance theory, by studying the conditions and elements of enterprise archives co construction and sharing, this paper constructs the enterprise archives co construction and sharing model from the perspective of governance theory, in order to guide enterprises to realize the value release of archives resources, the innovation of archives governance model and the construction of enterprise cultural memory through subject co construction, business progress and resource sharing.
