档案治理研究综述

Literature Review of Archives Governance

档案治理近年来成为学者们日益关注的话题。文章采用文献研究法,梳理Springer数据库、Web of Science数据库、CNKI全文数据库的129篇有效文献的主题和内容,发现已有研究集中在档案治理的理论辨析、实践应用、提升路径3个方面。理论辨析包括理论根基和内涵嬗变的讨论;实践应用体现在专门档案治理、档案内容治理、地方层级的档案治理、基于业务和资源的档案治理4个维度;提升路径覆盖从宏观到微观2个层次。文章归纳出已有研究的3个特点:研究逐渐升温,理论多于实践;两套话语体系的分散;缺乏不同领域的交流互渗。针对上述特点,文章提出3点展望:深化理论认识,加强应用研究;构建适应中国国情的本土化档案治理话语体系;促进不同领域的多元交流。

In recent years, archives governance has become a topic of increasing concern among scholars. This paper uses the method of literature research to sort out the theme and content of 129 effective documents in Springer, Web of Science and CNKI, and finds that the existing research focuses on the theoretical analysis, practical application and promotion path of archives governance. Theoretical analysis includes the discussion of theoretical foundation and connotation evolution;The practical application is reflected in four dimensions: special archives governance, archives content governance, local level archives governance, and archives governance based on business and resources;The promotion path covers two levels from macro to micro. This paper summarizes three characteristics of the existing research:The research is gradually warming up, theory is more than practice;The dispersion of the two discourse systems;Lack of communication and infiltration in different fields. In view of the above characteristics, this paper puts forward three prospects: Deepen theoretical understanding, strengthen applied research;Construct the discourse system of local archives governance that adapts to China’s actual condition;Promote diversified exchanges in different fields.
