摘要
轻量化是现代汽车发展的重要方向,而铝合金作为重量轻、比强度高、导热属性优秀的合金材料,是推进汽车轻量化生产的基础核心。因此在汽车制造行业中,铝合金车身焊接技术的应用对于汽车行业的发展产生了重大影响。本文即在此背景下展开研究,通过分析当前汽车车身铝合金焊接中存在的问题,进而深入探析汽车制造中的三种常见铝合金焊接技术工艺。
Lightweight is an important direction of modern automobile development,and aluminum alloy,as an alloy material with light weight,high specific strength and excellent thermal conductivity,is the basic core to promote automobile lightweight production.Therefore,in the automotive manufacturing industry,the application of aluminum alloy body welding technology has a significant impact on the development of the automotive industry.Under this background,this paper carries out research,analyzes the problems existing in the current aluminum alloy welding of automobile body,and then probes into three common aluminum alloy welding technologies in automobile manufacturing.
