摘要
近些年,随着信息技术的快速发展及与机械行业的结合运用,机械加工制造技术发生根本性改变,产品质量、工人劳动强度等得到较大改善。市场上企业面临的竞争越来越激烈,加工制造企业要想实现可持续发展,增强企业的竞争实力,就必须灵活的运用数控技术。笔者针对机械加工中运用数控技术加工与普通加工之间的差异进行了探析,并提出了一些数控技术灵活运用在机械加工制造中的策略,希望能有助于提高机械加工制造的质量与效率。
In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and its combined application with the machinery industry,the machining and manufacturing technology has undergone fundamental changes,and the product quality and labor intensity of workers have been greatly improved.In order to achieve sustainable development and enhance the competitive strength of enterprises,processing and manufacturing enterprises must flexibly use NC technology.The author analyzes the differences between NC machining and ordinary machining in machining,and puts forward some strategies for the flexible application of NC technology in machining and manufacturing,hoping to help improve the quality and efficiency of machining and manufacturing.
