摘要
非道路国四排放法规实施在即,本文简单阐述了非道路领域应用的37-130kW柴油机在非道路国四阶段的排放控制策略与手段。在非道路国四阶段,高压共轨技术是柴油机燃油系统的主流,同时必须使用后处理技术来满足法规的PN要求。合理有效控制柴油机成本,延长后处理DPF的再生周期将是该功率段柴油机在非道路领域的核心竞争力。
The implementation of the non-road country IV emission regulations is imminent.This paper briefly expounds the emission control strategies and means of the 37-130kW diesel engine applied in the non-road country IV in the non-road country.In the fourth stage of non-road countries,high-pressure common rail technology is the mainstream of diesel fuel system,and after-treatment technology must be used to meet the PN requirements of regulations.Reasonable and effective control of the cost of diesel engines and extension of the regeneration cycle of the aftertreatment DPF will be the core competitiveness of diesel engines in this power segment in the non-road field.
