基于CNAS检测实验室产教融合实训基地建设调查报告

Investigation Report on the Construction of a Training Base for the Integration between Industry and Education Based on the CNAS Testing Laboratory

建设标准化、专业化、智能化、高公信力的CNAS检测实验室是实现智能制造发展、提升职业教育技能人才培养质量的必由之路。通过本次调研了解了企业对我院CNAS检测实验室实训基地建设的需求和建议,为课题研究提供最根本的依据。对特定的企业岗位与工作任务的调查与分析,得出典型工作过程及人才所需的知识能力结构,确立专业建设和发展方向,继而制定出目标清晰、定位准确、多元化、产教深度融合的课程标准,为CNAS检测实验室建设打下坚实基础。

Building a standardized,professional,intelligent and high credibility CNAS testing laboratory is the only way to realize the development of intelligent manufacturing and improve the training quality of skilled talents in vocational education.Through this investigation,we understand the needs and suggestions of enterprises for the construction of the training base of CNAS testing laboratory in our college,which provides the most fundamental basis for the subject research.Through the investigation and analysis of specific enterprise posts and work tasks,we can get the typical work process and the knowledge capability structure required by talents,establish the professional construction and development direction,and then,formulate the curriculum standards with clear objectives,accurate positioning,diversification and promote integration between industry and education,so as to lay a solid foundation for the construction of CNAS testing laboratory.
