摘要
汽车发动机故障虚拟实验系统是培养汽修专业学生实践操作能力,掌握汽车故障维修技能的重要实训设备。虚拟现实技术的发展为高职构建发动机故障实验系统提供了重要技术支撑,因此本文结合多年工作实践,以捷达1.6LATK型发动机为载体设计实验台架,根据发动机故常见故障设置故障点,让学生通过虚拟实训操作掌握相应的故障表征及维修方法,从而达到培养高素质工匠型汽修人才的目的。
The virtual experiment system of automobile engine fault is an important training equipment to cultivate the practical operation ability of students majoring in automobile repair and master the skills of automobile fault maintenance virtual reality technology for the development of higher vocational college to build an engine experiment system provides important technical support,so this article combining with the working practice for many years,on the carrier of jetta 1.6 LATK type engine design experimental bench,according to the engine fault points were set up common faults,let the student through the virtual practice operation with the method of the corresponding failure characterization and maintenance,so as to cultivate high quality craftsman auto repair talents.
