摘要
文中通过一台丰田佳美来厂维修,维修项目为检修自动变速器和减震器漏油需更换后减震器,车子路试时发现ABS灯会亮起,亮起时车辆只有常规制动,车辆进厂预检时ABS灯没亮起,客户也未有报修。通过修车王诊断仪读取ABS系统故障代码,故障代码为34,最终找到是人为因素引发此故障。本文通过对该车型ABS总泵基本结构和工作原理,结合电路图及常规制动检查,深度对该车ABS系统及人为故障因素进行研究分析通报。
In this paper,a Toyota Camry came to the factory for maintenance.The maintenance project is to repair the oil leakage of automatic transmission and shock absorber.It is necessary to replace the rear shock absorber.During the road test,it is found that the ABS light will be on.When it is on,the vehicle only has conventional braking.When the vehicle enters the factory for pre inspection,the ABS light did not light up,and the customer did not report for repair.Read the ABS system fault code with the king of repair diagnostic instrument.The fault code is 34.Finally,it is found that the fault is caused by human factors.Based on the basic structure and working principle of the ABS master cylinder of the vehicle,combined with the circuit diagram and conventional braking inspection,this paper deeply studies and analyzes the ABS system and human fault factors of the vehicle.
