国有机械制造企业工程项目采购管理研究

社会主义市场经济高速发展下,国有机械制造企业呈现良好的发展前景,尤其是新理念和新方法的引进应用,促使国有机械制造企业的管理体系发生了不同程度的变化。尤其是在内燃机采购项目中,做好采购管理工作十分必要,有助于选择性价比较高的机械设备,优化资源配置,提升企业的采购效率同时,推动国有机械制造企业跨越式发展,赋予企业可持续发展动力与活力。但由于诸多因素存在导致国有机械制造企业现有的工程项目采购管理质量不理想,其中伴随着一系列风险,不仅增加了采购成本,还会影响到企业后续生产活动高效进行。本文就国有机械制造企业工程项目采购管理工作着手分析,依托于企业实际情况充分市场调查,在此基础上提出切实可行的管理方法,以便于提升工程项目采购管理有效性。

With the rapid development of socialist market economy,state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprises show good development prospects,especially the introduction and application of new ideas and methods,which has prompted the management system of state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprises to change to varying degrees.Especially in the internal combustion engine procurement project,it is very necessary to do a good job in procurement management,which is helpful to select machinery and equipment with high cost performance,optimize resource allocation,improve the procurement efficiency of enterprises,promote the great leap forward development of state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprises,and endow enterprises with sustainable development power and vitality.However,due to many factors,the existing engineering project procurement management quality of state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprises is not ideal,which is accompanied by a series of risks,which not only increases the procurement cost,but also affects the efficient follow-up production activities of enterprises.This paper analyzes the engineering project procurement management of state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprises,makes full market investigation based on the actual situation of enterprises,and puts forward practical management methods on this basis,so as to improve the effectiveness of engineering project procurement management.
