摘要 超临界二氧化碳(supercritical carbon dioxide,sCO_(2))循环的应用在不同领域受到广泛关注,其成本效益评估体系仍不完善。获得准确的sCO_(2)循环部件成本,将使sCO_(2)循环的设计目标从效率最优转向成本效益最大化。该文分类综述sCO_(2)循环关键部件成本公式的研究进展。目前,成本公式通常为“缩放参数”的幂函数,函数待定系数确定方法各不相同。基于独立构建的sCO_(2)循环热力计算模型,对比分析现有sCO_(2)循环部件成本公式特点。结果表明,在主气参数与循环布置相同的情况下,不同成本公式计算结果相差较大,其中较高的成本是参考成本关系缩放不合理造成。透平成本计算结果普遍偏大,压缩机成本两级分化明显。换热器成本的研究,考虑因素多样,综合来看,基于热导确定成本更能体现换热器成本特性。针对研究现状,指出sCO_(2)循环部件成本计算亟待解决的问题主要有:选用非特定用于sCO_(2)循环的部件成本公式,缺乏合理性验证分析;成本公式中应包含温度、压力等校正因子;对成本公式不确定性的量化研究尚有不足。 The application of supercritical carbon dioxide(sCO_(2)) cycle has received extensive attention in different fields,but its cost-benefit-analysis system is still incomplete.When the accurate sCO_(2) cycle component cost is obtained,the design goal of the sCO_(2) cycle will be shifted from efficiency optimization to cost-benefit maximization.The cost formulas for the key components of the sCO_(2) cycle were reviewed and classified.It can be found that the cost formula is usually a power function of the“scaling parameter”,and the methods for obtaining the undetermined coefficient are different.Based on the independently constructed thermodynamic calculation model of sCO_(2) cycle,the characteristics of the sCO_(2) cycle components cost formulas were compared and analyzed.The results show that when the main vapor parameters are the same as the circulation layout,the calculation results of different cost formulas are quite different,and a higher cost is mainly caused by the unreasonable scale of the reference cost relationship.Turbine costs are generally too large,the compressor costs are obviously differentiated in two poles.The research on the heat exchanger cost model takes various factors into consideration.On the whole,the heat conductance can better reflect the cost characteristics of the heat exchanger.Against the research progress,several problems that need to be solved urgently in the cost calculation of sCO_(2) cycle components are pointed out.The component cost formulas not specifically used for sCO_(2) cycle is selected,which is lack of rationality verification analysis.Temperature and pressure correction factors should be included in the cost formula.The quantitative research on the cost formula uncertainty is still insufficient.
