变母线电压工况下开绕组PMSM单矢量模型预测转矩优化控制 被引量:4

Optimization Method of Single Vector Model Predictive Torque Control for Open-winding PMSM in Variable DC Bus Voltage Condition

摘要 为改善双电源供电型开绕组永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous machine,PMSM)在采用传统单矢量MPTC控制策略时转矩脉动大、计算复杂度高、权重系数较难整定的问题,该文提出一种基于电压矢量幅值的最优矢量快速选取方法,利用无差拍预测转矩控制思想,直接预测出参考电压矢量,消除评价函数中的权重系数,分析变母线电压工况下的基本电压矢量变化趋势,结合扇区细分的思想,对不同电压比例下的矢量选取方法进行分析推导,充分考虑了双电源供电型开绕组PMSM拓扑的所有基本电压矢量,采用类似开关表的方法建立了不同扇区内的最优矢量选取方法,降低算法的计算复杂度,有效改善了电机的转矩脉动。实验结果表明,该文提出的单矢量模型预测转矩控制策略在宽母线电压比例范围内均能获得较好的电机控制效果。 In order to solve the problems of torque ripple,high computational complexity and difficulty in adjusting the weight coefficient of permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM)with traditional single-vector model predictive torque control(MPTC)strategy,in this paper,a fast method for selecting the optimal vector based on the amplitude of voltage vector was proposed.The reference voltage vector was predicted directly by deadbeat predictive torque control,which eliminated the weight coefficient in the evaluation function.The change trend of basic voltage vector under the condition of variable bus voltage was analyzed,and the sector subdivision was also proposed for deduction of the vector selection method under different voltage ratio.All the basic voltage vectors of the open-winding PMSM topology with double power supply were fully considered,and the optimal vector selection method in different sectors was established by using the method of switch table,which reduced the computational complexity of the algorithm,and thus the torque ripple of the motor is effectively improved.The experimental results show that the proposed single vector MPTC predictive torque control strategy can achieve a good motor control effect in a wide bus voltage ratio range.
