摘要
具有超低碳含量及氮含量(≤0.01%)的马氏体不锈钢被称为超级马氏体不锈钢。其主要化学成份为12Cr-5Ni-3Mo,具有优良的力学性能和耐腐蚀性,是一种相对比较经济的新材料,近年来开始在具有腐蚀性介质环境的管道中应用。然而由于这种钢焊接性较差,焊接接头性能不易控制,通常需要进行焊后热处理,所以焊接技术成为这种新型不锈钢应用的关键。本文针对12Cr超级马氏体不锈钢的特点,开发出了两套焊接工艺,试验结果表明,本次所开发的焊接工艺的焊接接头各项性能均能与母材相匹配,而且免除了焊后热处理,大大提高了焊接效率,保障了此新钢种在管道焊接中的应用。
Martensitic stainless steel with ultra-low carbon content and nitrogen content(≤ 0.01%) is called super martensitic stainless steel. Its main chemical composition is 12 cr-5 ni-3 mo, which has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It is a relatively economical new material. In recent years, it has been applied in pipelines with corrosive medium environment. However, because the weldability of this steel is poor and the performance of welded joints is not easy to control, post weld heat treatment is usually required, so welding technology has become the key to the application of this new stainless steel. According to the characteristics of 12 Cr super martensitic stainless steel, two sets of welding processes are developed in this paper. The test results show that the properties of the welded joint of the developed welding process can match the base metal, and the post weld heat treatment is exempted, which greatly improves the welding efficiency and ensures the application of this new steel in pipeline welding.
