摘要
现代汽车更加追求驾乘舒适性、操纵便捷性、燃油经济性以及加速动力性。变速器作为汽车上最重要的零部件之一,一直是各大汽车主机厂重点开发的对象。随着最新科技的双离合自动变速器的投入使用,它和汽车中不可避免地会产生部分振动噪声问题。本文针对双离合自动变速器在变档过程中产生的振动噪声问题从主观到客观对问题展开分析,提供优化双离合器总成的方式解决振动噪声问题的解决方案,可供汽车行业人员提供一定的参考价值。
Modern automobile is more in pursuit of driving comfort, handling convenience, fuel economy and acceleration power. Transmission, as one of the most important parts in automobile, has always been the focus of the development of major automobile manufacturers. With the application of the latest technology of dual clutch automatic transmission, it and automobile will inevitably produce part of the vibration and noise problems. In this paper, the vibration and noise problems caused by the dual clutch automatic transmission in the process of shifting gear are analyzed from subjective to objective, and the solutions to solve the vibration and noise problems are provided by optimizing the dual clutch assembly, which can provide certain reference value for the automotive industry personnel.
