摘要
水平定向钻具已广泛应用于石油钻井领域,然而由于其工作原理、安装空间较小等条件限制大都仅能钻孔,无法获取岩芯样品。文章设计了一种新型水平定向钻进取芯钻具,可同时实现水平定向钻孔和绳索取芯功能,在隧道施工前的地质勘探领域有较好的应用前景。文章重点介绍了其基本结构和工作原理;探讨了其关键技术,包括钻头偏斜控制技术、钻进轨迹测量技术和钻进方向控制技术;说明了主要施工方法,并提出了水平定向取芯钻具的未来发展方向。
Horizontal directional drilling tools have been widely used in the field of oil drilling. However, due to its working principle, small installation space and other conditions, most of them can only drill holes and cannot obtain core samples.This paper designed a new horizontal directional coring tool, which can realize horizontal directional drilling and wire-line coring simultaneously. It has a good application prospect in geological exploring field before tunnel construction.This paper mainly introduced its basic structure and working principle, discussed the key technologies, including bit deflection control technology, drilling trajectory measurement technology and drilling direction control technology, explained the main application methods, and put forward the future development of horizontal directional coring tools.
