某工厂DCS系统运行十年,随着生产运行环境的改变,目前的运行模式不能满足生产要求,需进行改造升级。但该生产线为不可间断运行模式,同时,受限于设备性能、通讯接口匹配等问题,存在诸多难点,本文就升级改造中存在的难点进行分析讨论,制定对策。

The DCS system of a factory has been running for ten years. With the change of the operating environment,the current operating mode can not meet the production requirements and needs to be upgraded. However, the production line is an uninterruptible operation mode, at the same time, limited by equipment performance, communication interface matching and other problems, there are many difficulties.
