基于POI复合匹配用地预测的公厕需求研究——以成都市青羊区为例

Research on Public Toilet Demand Based on POI Composite Matching Land Prediction:A Case Study on Qingyang District of Chengdu

基于成都市青羊区现状公厕分布情况,以建设基本饱和的三环内区域为研究重点,分析现状固定式公厕的服务能力与需求匹配度。运用POI复合匹配用地预测的方法,基于9类人流吸引设施POI和2类交通POI,从邻近设施需求和交通便利两方面进行人流吸引综合评价,研究人群出行特征,获得公共厕所的需求分布。将青羊区划分为若干个交通小区,公厕需求设置密度与数量均对应至每个地块,按照交通小区分区形式进行统计,取需求公厕数量中间值作为该区域需求最低公厕布点数,得到青羊区公厕需求的空间分布。从公厕的需求数量和空间分布两方面指导青羊区未来公厕合理布局,满足服务性和覆盖度。

Based on the distribution situation of public toilets in Qingyang district of Chengdu City,focused on the region within the third ring road which the construction was basically saturated,and the matching degree of service capability and demand of current fixed public toilets were analysed. Based on nine types POI of passenger flow attraction facilities and two types POI of traffic,comprehensive evaluation of passenger flow attraction was conducted from two aspects of adjacent facilities demand and transportation convenience by the method of POI composite matching land prediction,to study travel characteristics of the population and obtain,the demand distribution of public toilets. The Qingyang district was divided into several traffic districts,the density and quantity of public toilets were corresponding to each plot,statistics shall be conducted according to the form of traffic zone division. The middle value of the number of required public toilets was taken as the minimum distribution number of required public toilets in the region,and the spatial distribution of public toilet demand in Qingyang district was obtained. Finally,the rational layout of public toilets in Qingyang district in the future was guided from two aspects of the demand quantity and spatial distribution of public toilets,so as to meet the service and coverage.
