实验教学排课系统的设计与应用

Design and application of experiment teaching arrangement system

高校排课工作是教务工作中的基础性工作,实验课程安排的重要性仅次于理论课,且考虑因素较多,例如特定的实验课有特定的实验室,学生人数多需要分批进行等,这些因素增加了排课的难度。笔者作为实验教学管理一线人员,对于排课工作比较熟悉。目前,很多高校实验课排课依靠手工完成,费时费力,还易出错。随着目前校园信息化管理步伐的加快,实验教学管理也必须走信息化管理之路。本文详细介绍了笔者设计的一套适合高校的实验排课系统,并以苏州城市学院为例,结合实际合理使用该系统,通过师生的反馈给予更大的提高和改进,为高校实验教学管理信息化做出贡献。

The arrangement of courses in colleges and universities is the basic work in the educational administration work.The arrangement of experimental courses is only next to the importance of theoretical courses,and there are many considerations,such as the specific laboratory for a specific experimental course,the large number of students should be carried out in batches,etc.These factors add to the difficulty of arranging classes.As the front-line personnel of experimental teaching management,the author is quite familiar with the arrangement of classes.At present,many colleges and universities rely on manual schedule.That is time-consuming and laborious,but also easy to make mistakes.With the quickening pace of campus information management,the experiment teaching management must take the road of information management.This paper introduces a set of experimental course scheduling system designed by the author in detail,and takes Suzhou City College as an example to use this system reasonably.We will give greater improvement through the feedback of teachers and students,contribute to the information of experimental teaching management in colleges and universities.
