根据杨凌职业技术学院安全技术与管理专业《安全管理基础》课程的现状和学情分析评价,找到课程建设存在的问题。依据高职教育最新理念和专业人才培养目标,从团队组建、课程内容重构、思政元素挖掘、授课方式改革等方面探讨了“博士+高职生”情形下如何运用“线上线下”混合式教学方法,促进教学效果的提升和学生终身学习能力的培养。研究结果具有一定的借鉴和推广价值。

According to the analysis and evaluation of the current situation and learning situation of the safety management foundation course of safety technology and management specialty in Yangling Vocational and technical college,the existing problems in the course construction are found.According to the latest concept of higher vocational education and professional talent training objectives,this paper discusses how to use the"online and offline"hybrid teaching method under the situation of"doctor+higher vocational students"from the aspects of team building,curriculum content reconstruction,ideological and political elements mining,teaching method reform,etc.,to promote the improvement of teaching effect and the cultivation of students'lifelong learning ability.The research results have certain reference and promotion value.
