基于APP的放松疗法对慢性下腰痛患者情绪、疼痛和腰部功能的影响

Clinical effect of relaxation therapy for chronic low back pain based on APP

目的探讨基于APP的放松治疗(relaxation therapy based on APP,RTBOA)对慢性下腰痛患者(CHRONIC LOW BACK PAIN,CLBP)情绪、疼痛和腰部功能的影响。方法选择2018年3月至2020年3月在本院就诊的84例CLBP患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组给予针刺疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予RTBOA治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)、Roland腰椎功能障碍评分(Roland morris disability questionnaire,RMDQ)、焦虑自评量表(self rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self rating depression scale,SDS)。结果两组干预前VAS、ODI、RMDQ、SAS和SDS评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者VAS、ODI、RMDQ、SAS和SDS评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组干预后上述指标得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论RTBOA治疗CLBP在缓解患者情绪、减少疼痛评分和改善腰部功能方面存在优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of relaxation therapy based on APP(RTBOA)on mood,pain and waist function in patients with chronic low back pain(CLBP).Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,84 CLBP patients in our hospital were selected in this research,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture therapy,and the observation group was given RTBOA treatment on the basis of the control group.VAS scale,Oswestry disability index(ODI),Roland morris disability questionnaire(RMDQ),self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)were observed.Results There were no significant differences in VAS,ODI,RMDQ,SAS and SDS between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,VAS,ODI,RMDQ,SAS and SDS of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and VAS,ODI,RMDQ,SAS and SDS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion RTBOA has advantages in relieving patients'emotion,reducing pain score and improving lumbar function,which is worthy of clinical application.
