卡洛特水电站引水系统流道混凝土温控防裂研究 被引量:5

摘要 大型水电站引水系统流道结构形状复杂,施工程序繁多,施工期流道混凝土开裂问题尤为突出。基于卡洛特水电站引水系统流道结构,采用有限单元法开展了混凝土施工期温度和温度应力仿真分析,主要对外界气温、流道厚度尺寸、分缝长度、浇筑温度等进行了对比计算,分析了进水口流道混凝土的易裂部位及裂缝产生的主要影响因素。在此基础上提出了流道混凝土温控防裂措施。 Due to the complex shape of the channel structure and the complex construction procedures of the diversion system of large hydropower stations,the concrete cracking problem of the channel during the construction period is particularly prominent.Based on the flow channel concrete in water diversion system of Karot Hydropower Station,the finite element method was used to simulate the temperature and temperature stress during construction.The sensitivity analysis of external air temperature,flow channel size and thickness,slot length,casting temperature and other factors was mainly carried out.The crack position and the main influencing factors of the concrete crack in the inlet passage were analyzed.According to the analysis results,the measures of temperature control and crack prevention were put forward.
