中西医治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的对慢性盆腔炎应用中西医治疗的临床疗效进行观察及研究。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月襄阳市中医医院诊治的慢性盆腔炎(CPID)患者中符合本研究要求标准的患者100例作为研究对象,随机抽签法将其分为对照组及观察组,分别应用不同治疗方案。应用常规西药治疗的50例患者纳入对照组,应用中西药联合治疗的50例患者纳入观察组,比较两组临床疗效与炎性指标。结果观察组治疗有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05);治疗后对照组C-反应蛋白为(6.80±1.61)mg/dl,高于观察组的(3.78±1.39)mg/dl;对照组白介素-2为(5.87±1.41)U/L,低于观察组的(7.60±1.28)U/L(P<0.001)。结论中医标证治疗慢性盆腔炎可实现标本兼治效果,且中药饮片多为天然药物,药性温和不良反应相对较少,联合西医治疗可显著提升治疗有效性及安全性,临床价值显著,值得重视并推广并应用于临床中。

Objective To observe and study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic PID who were diagnosed and treated in Xiangyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group by random lottery method to adopt different treatment schemes.50 patients treated with conventional Western medicine were included in the control group,and 50 patients received TCM and Western medicine treatment were included in the observation group.The clinical treatment effects and levels of inflammatory indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the C-reactive protein in the control group was(6.80±1.61)mg/dl,which was higher than the observation group(3.78±1.39)mg/dl;interleukin-2 was(5.87±1.41)U/L,which was lower than(7.60±1.28)U/L of the observation group(P<0.001).Conclusion The TCM superficiality syndrome in treating chronic PID can achieve the effect of treating both symptoms and root causes.The TCM decoction pieces are mostly natural medicines with mild drug property and relatively few adverse reactions.Combined Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.With significant clinical value,the combination treatment is worthy of attention,promotion and application in clinical practice.
