Qualitative meta-integration of nursing postgraduates′learning experience

摘要 目的系统评价护理硕士研究生就读体验的质性研究,包括就读原因、感受、需求等,为护理硕士研究生教育和培养提供参考。方法检索国内外数据库,搜索护理硕士研究生就读期间体验的质性研究,检索时限从建库至2020年10月。进行文献质量评价后,采用meta整合方法对研究结果进行归纳与总结。结果本研究共纳入10篇文献,提取45个研究结果,形成9个新类别,得出3个整合结果:研究生就读动机;曲折的录取和就读经历;克服困难与挑战,并从研究生就读过程中获益。结论加强护理研究生对高等护理教育的认识,优化其培养体系,推动国际间护理研究生培养交流合作,以提高教育质量,同时应协助护理研究生建立良好的社会支持系统。 Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative study on the nursing postgraduates′learning experience,including learning motivations,feelings and requirements,so as to provide reference for the education and training on nursing postgraduates.Methods Domestic and foreign databases for qualitative study on the experience of nursing postgraduates during their learning were searched,and the retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to October 2020.After evaluating the literature quality,the meta-integration method was used to induce and summarize the study results.Results A total of 10 articles were included in this study,45 study results were extracted,9 new categories were formed,and 3 integrated results were obtained.They were postgraduate students′learning motivations,tortuous admission and learning experiences,overcoming difficulties and challenges,as well as benefits from the process of postgraduate learning.Conclusion In order to strengthen the nursing postgraduates′understanding of higher nursing education,optimize their training system,and promote the international exchange and cooperation in nursing postgraduates′training,so as to improve the quality of education.Meanwhile,nursing postgraduates should be assisted to establish a satisfying social support system.
