品管圈活动在提高中药注射剂合理使用中的应用

Application of quality control circle activities in improving rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections

目的应用品管圈方法提高中药注射剂合理使用率,促进医院合理用药工作开展。方法收集吉林省神经精神病医院神经内科2016年12月至2017年1月使用中药注射剂病历,并对存在的问题进行汇总统计,根据品管圈活动的十大步骤逐一进行活动。结果通过品管圈活动,中药注射剂合理使用率由63.91%提高到86.24%,目标达标率为106.79%;进步率为34.94%。根据工作情况,梳理现有的工作流程,完善相关制度,制订相应的措施,以期更好地提高中药注射剂合理使用,使患者用药达到安全、有效、经济。结论开展品管圈活动提高了中药注射剂的合理使用率,提高了圈员们解决问题的能力,提升了药学服务质量。提高医院中药注射剂的合理使用,规避不安全性事件,减少医疗纠纷及医疗事故,充分发挥药师的作用。促进医院合理用药工作的开展,确保患者用药安全、有效、经济,完善临床合理用药相关制度,形成一体化的医药护团队,带动医疗质量持续改善。医院品管圈活动的开展提升了医疗质量,促进了管理理念的改变,是保障医疗质量的有效手段。

Objective To improve the rational use rate of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injections and promote the rational drug use in hospitals by using the method of quality control circle.Methods The medical records of TCM injections in the Department of Neurology of Jilin Neuropsychiatric Hospital from December 2016 to January 2017 were collected,and the existing problems were summarized and analysed,according to the ten steps of quality control circle activities:theme selection,activity plan formulation,status quo grasp,target setting,analysis,strategy formulation,strategy implementation and review,effect confirmation,standardization,review and improvement.According to each step,the activities were carried out one by one.Results Through quality control circle activities,the reasonable utilization rate of TCM injections increased from 63.91%to 86.24%,and the target meeting rate was 106.79%.The improvement rate was 34.94%.According to the work situation,the working process was sorted out and relevant systems were formulated in order to improve the rational use of TCM injections and achieve safe,effective and economic drug use for patients.Conclusion Quality control circle activities have improved the reasonable utilization rate of TCM injections,improved the ability of circle staff to solve problems,and improved the quality of pharmaceutical care.It improves the rational use of TCM injections in our hospital,avoids unsafe incidents,reduces medical disputes and medical accidents,and gives full play to the role of TCM in deepening the reform of medical and health system.It promotes the development of rational drug use in hospitals,ensures safe,effective and economic drug use for patients,improves the relevant system of clinical rational drug use,forms an integrated medical care team,and drives the continuous improvement of medical quality.The development of hospital quality control circle activities mobilizes the enthusiasm of the active hospital quality management,promote the application of advanced medical quality management tools and practices,initially formed the medical quality management of long-term mechanism,and improve the medical and health care workers to improve himself and positive mental outlook,so as to achieve the goal of improving service quality.
