Analysis on the Cultural and Regime Soft Power at China--ASEAN FTAwithin the Integration of Economy and Trade

北部湾经济区在"一带一路"倡议中被定义为面向东盟区域的国际通道,海丝之路和海丝经济带的重要门户。通过发展文化教育产业和非政府组织,在一定程度上可以减少摩擦,促进经贸合作。北部湾经济区应充分利用南宁东盟博览会积累的优势,及早规划建立面向东盟的文化出口产业基地、国际教育与合作基地、国际非政府组织合作基地,以文化产业的出口和文化价值观的渗透来促进中国—东盟一体化,完成区域一体化中不可推辞的历史使命。

The Belt and Road Initiatives is defined as the international gateway to the ASEAN region,the important gateway of Hayes road and Hayes economic belt.The development of culture and education industry and non-governmental organizations can reduce friction and promote economic and trade cooperation to a certain extent.As Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has the advantages accumulated by Nanning ASEAN Expo,according to the basic principle that good institutions will overflow more good institutions,Guangxi should plan as soon as possible to establish ASEAN oriented cultural export industry base,international education and cooperation base and international non-governmental organization cooperation base in Beibu Gulf region,promote the integration of China ASEAN with the export of cultural industries and the infiltration of cultural values,and complete the inescapable historical mission in regional integration.
