摘要
《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership)的签署及落地实施为全球经济在新冠疫情阴霾下,重振世界经济带来希望的曙光。占全球总量1/3的全球规模最大的自由贸易协定进一步提升了亚太地区在全球发展格局中的分量。分析黑龙江省与RCEP成员国进出口产品结构,抓住RCEP给黑龙江省外贸企业带来的机遇及影响,提出加强黑龙江省与RCEP对接的建议举措。
The signing and implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)has brought hope for revitalizing the global economy in the shadow of COVID-19.The largest free trade agreement in the world,accounting for one third of the global total,has further increased the weight of the Asia-Pacific region in the global development landscape.Analyze the structure of import and export products between Heilongjiang province and RCEP member countries,seize the opportunities and influence brought by RCEP to Heilongjiang province's foreign trade enterprises,and put forward suggestions and measures to strengthen the connection between Heilongjiang province and RCEP.
